Is there really a cheaper version of Supermetrics?
Supermetrics is a very complete tool and has a number of partners that make it robust with different types of connections such as Google sheets, Google Data Studio and even Excel; however, I have recently come across another powerful tool that competes for a piece of the market directly as a complement to Google sheets and connector for Data Studio.
Cheap Supermetrics

I have been using the platform for a couple of months now and there has been no mess, I report no bugs and the triggers works very well. It is a tool very similar to Supermetrics, even in its interface and dialog boxes, not surprisingly it even has a module to import queries directly from Supermetrics.

The cheapest Dataslayer plan is USD $44.9 if you pay month-to-month, use all 50 available connectors and up to 5 accounts per data source.

My personal review
The tool works very well and does the job, if you are looking for a Google sheets add-on for digital advertising reporting that includes Facebook Ads, Google Ads and some behavioral with Google Analytics and SEO, Dataslayer is perfect. It’s not as cheap as we expected, but there is a significant savings over Supermetrics if you want to get its full potential.
Try it and take advantage of the free version, Dataslayer is very similar and cheaper than Supermetrics.
